Here at Posh Paws we aim to make every groom an enjoyable one for your fur baby, we will not force, hold down or do anything to overly stress your pet, we will always do our very best to complete service (guaranteed) but if your pet starts showing signs of stress or situation becomes un safe for pet or groomer service will immediately stop and you will only be charged for services completed, when booking you are agreeing to these terms and conditions.
